Tys Plumbing & Heating were incredibly fast and responsive on a Saturday! After a few days of no plumbing in our rental unit, we reached out to Tys to get the issue sorted ourselves so we could have running plumbing on a weekend. He got to our unit within 1.5 hours of calling, on a weekend, which is probably the fastest response time we've had in chilliwack. He had our pipes snaked and back in order within a half an hour, I've never seen it done so quickly. He had a very very big industrial snake machine that was very powerful and made quick work of the issue and got us up and running in no time. It was soooo nice to take a hot shower after 3 days of no plumbing.He even made up a detailed receipt for our landlord explaining how he can permanently fix the issue and offered his information to talk to our landlord anytime about fixing the problem permanently.Will definitely call Tys Plumbing & Heating again, and will reccomend to anyone!! While he's replacing the water heater, he kindly explained the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The replacement was completed in just two hours, and he also showed me how to check and maintain the water heater myself.If I ever have any plumbing or heating issues in the future, I’ll definitely call TYS Plumbing & Heating again.
