Recently, we had a major overhaul of our heating and hot water system, purchasing a new combination furnace and boiler from your company. The price was reasonable and the service top-notch. From start to finish, all the people at ABQ Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling were professional, courteous, competent, and a pleasure to work with. When you have people in your house for 4+ days, morning to night, this is important!! Travis was a great consultant, explaining our options, overseeing the job, and stopping in several times to check on our technicians. Peter (the journeyman/manager) expertly guided the transition from our cumbersome old system to a new, more efficient one. Adam was a top-notch executor, staying pleasant and upbeat through long days of work. Chris, I believe, installed a second water heater on our upper level, who was also professional and capable. We are glad to have become "elite" members with ABQ Plumbing and look forward to working with the expert teams on maintenance, our swamp cooler, and other plumbing needs. Julian was a delight to work with. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Our plumbing is very old but he was up to the challenge and worked until it was done. And we were very happy with his work. We would not hesitated to have him work with us again!
After encountering a plumbing problem in our home and dealing with 2 plumbing companies that could not help we contacted an 3rd. Albuquerque plumbing and heating is a very professional and honest company! Oscar came out to our home to estimate a sewer line replacement and was very professional, personable, and equipped to be able to see the issues and estimate appropriately for the repairs. They are promptly starting the project so our home can function normally again! From my first call to the company and now working with Oscar we have some ease that this issue will be resolved correctly and promptly! Don’t waste time going somewhere else. I highly recommend them for any issues!
