My water heater went out midnight this morning, contacted Discount Mechanical and they fit me in to replace the water heater same day and also made sure my furnace was up to municipal code, 5 out of 5 service, highly recommended. Not only did she work quickly and efficiently, she also took the time to show and explain how to do my own maintenance, and made recommendations of things I’ll need to replace in the near future. I tell you these people are awesome. My forced air heater went inop 2 mornings ago. I used Angel and it got me to them , they called me later that day and he offered me an after hours diagnosis but you have to pay the after hours which I didn’t care. I needed my heat. Their repairman John is so nice and very thorough and figured out the issue wasn’t easy. Bad gas valve. Looked it up and luckily someone had it in anchorage unfortunately it was too late the job needed to continue another day. We said our good byes and told me the main office would call in AM. Next morning the young lady offered me an availability for that night. I was so happy most places told me they were 3.5 to 4 weeks out. I had called 5 places. Discount Mechanical were the only ones that miraculously got me in thank god. I highly recommend them. Oh John arrived that evening and about an hour later replaced the bad valve with the good and bingo it started. I was so relieved and happy. John is an awesome technician and the people are very nice and understanding. Highly recommended
Raven did a wonderful job in repairing my thermostat upstairs in my home. She was prompt in her arrival to my house, she was professional, and courteous. I was impressed with her patience and focus on the repair, as she had to back track another person's attempt at repairing the thermostat prior to me hiring Discount Mechanical to do the job. She was able to finish the repair in a short period of time after locating the problem with the prior work done on the thermostat. It was also easy to set an appointment time with Discount Mechanical online for service. I would definitely use their services again.
