Disregard previous post for All Masters Plumbing! I would not recommend them to anyone!I recieved a letter from the city advising that I obviously had a water leak since my usage had gone up over 2000%. I called All Masters Plumbing & a gentleman came out & misdiagnosed where the leak was. They jackhammered through the concrete in the garage, found no leak there, left a huge hole wide open & left! My wife waited several days for someone to come back & fix the damage they did. They finally showed up after they scheduled three times, twice not showing up. They did a very sloppy, unprofessional job & it was not put back to the way it was before they did their damage! Another gentleman from the same company came out & found the leak outside the house, approximately 24 feet away from where they tore up the concrete inside my garage. The actual leak was found & repaired in less than an hour.I was surprised to get an invoice from All Masters Plumbing for $5445.00 for the work they did fixing their mistake!Previously we signed a loan thinking it was going to be a major cost but loan was not needed because it was a leak outside! Now the loan company is calling & asking why I'm rejecting this document since All Masters Plumbing submitted the loan as work completed!I would never recommend this Plumbing company to anyone because of the misdiagnosis, shoddy repair & charging a horrendous price for repairing the damage they did! My wife & I have called several times & left messages for the manager to call back, but he never does! All I want is my bill adjusted, I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake & I would like my concrete done so it looks like it did before they wrecked it!I'm hoping this is a mistake made by office thinking that first job was completed properly!
Douglass came out to my house for an estimate that I requested for frequent back ups and roots in my lines. He was very informative and took the time to show me videos of what the issues were. He gave me his honest professional opinion on what repairs to focus on first. He was great.
