After confirming that my existing water softener had a unrepairable leak I was provided a few quotes to have it replaced. After reviewing the quotes I opted to have Radiant install a new softener which they provided and after accepting the quote I was contacted within the same evening to schedule the install. Mike just finished up, gave a brief explanation (similar to my only units operation) and left the manual and ensured if I had any questions I could reach out. The old unit will be picked up and properly disposed of as part of the service, a major plus. Thanks to Mike and all of the Radiant team I’ve had the pleasure of working with thus far. In a routine inspection of my sewer pipes, a break was discovered under the foundation of my home (I could see it myself on the camera).
