When i made the appointment to get a already hung and vented hotdawg heater plumbed for natural gas. He looked it over and had to go back to the shop to resurch the cost and would let me know the cost and I would hear from him by the end of the day. It's been a day and a half with no word. Thanks for waisting my day.

They installed a water heater due to the old one having leak. Everyone was kind, courteous and efficient from the person I talked to first to the installer. Over the course of a couple days everything was fixed and working just in time for Christmas guests. They did a great job. I'm very thankful.
