We hired Houser Plumbing to complete a total rebuild of a bathroom that had been gutted, in one of our rentals. They did a 'top notch' job. A Total Rebuild from where the water came in to the unit to the expulsion of the waste water. They worked well with the other contactors in scheduling jobs when they needed done, and return after the other work was completed. Jeff is a great communicator. At 1:00 pm on a Saturday we had an outside faucet break during a cold snap and started spraying water everywhere. Houser was the 6th one I called and the first one to answer. Jeff was so helpful over the phone, he guided me to where to shut my water off and we scheduled him to come out the following day. This guy knows what he’s doing, fixed my old galvanized pipes with shiny copper and a freeze proof faucet, on a Sunday, when it was 15 degrees outside. I’m super happy with the service and I’m beyond grateful for him getting us taken care of. Highly, highly recommend to anyone. He’s a small business owner and really knows what he’s doing and how to take care of people. Thanks again Jeff, we’ve found our forever plumber.
Our local plumber is on vacation and I'm on a time crunch. I saw Jeff had great reviews but I just want everyone to know he matches the reviews. He's honest, thorough, clean, punctual, and took his time. I like that he wasn't trying to take me for all my money.I had to use him a second time and he was just as great as he was the first time!
