Crazy amount of water comes into my sump and my sump pump had light on with short cycling, I called Andrew and he responded right away. The next day he replaced the floats and adjusted the pump cycles. And he tried to do the maintenance and cleaning work, but because of the volume of the water is too much, he couldn’t honour some of the work in the contract.Then He even credited back the money that I have already paid him, he is a good and honest guy. I will contact him if I need his service later.

Andrew is absolutely professional, quick, fair and one who understands emergencies and reacts swiftly. He has helped me not once but twice in the middle of night, a problem which should not happen in a new building. He will go out of his way to help in everything he can.
