Our 9 year old hot water tank suddenly stopped working. I placed an order with Milani and they sent a technician the next day in the morning. Gurwinder worked 6 hours to carefully remove the old tank and install the new tank . We are very satisfied with his work .
My old 40+ year old furnace finally kicked the bucket back in Nov'25. I called a few different companies for quotes and options. Decided to go with Milani and the hybrid (heat pump & gas furnace) setup. Sales Rep - Abdul - was very knowledgable, thourough, and came back to answer more questions & to finalize the configuration. Peter was able to help finalize the $$ payment portion and was very responsive. Installation was very efficient, smooth, and painless - Matthew & Jashanvir had everything removed, installed, and cleaned up in a total of 2 working days (had to separate the working days). Electrician Derric came and completed in a couple of hours. Permits were submitted & passed the city eng checks. Had a small issue with the thermostat, it was replaced. It's been a few months now and everything is running smoothly. Rebates are confirmed. Happy with the job, everyone was very professional.

Just had trenchless water main polyB replacement done with Ryan Cathal, Birhani and Baljinder and they worked overtime to make sure we were going to have water by the end of the day. Ryan Cathal went the extra mile literally to pick up a major piece of equipment to replace the one that failed so our job could get finished. Shout out to Birhani who dug a 4’ hole to get to the water connection! These men were polite and hardworking and I can’t praise them enough. All the debris was cleaned up and my driveway looked decent again. After 10 hours of nonstop work, they truly deserve a good night’s rest!
