We recently had an emergency service provided by the Plumbing & Heating Paramedics after waking up to a ruptured hot water tank in our basement. We are very happy with the response time, the management follow up, and most importantly the crew that was sent to our home. Kurtis and Jack were energetic, helpful, informative, and kept us updated throughout the process. They kept the job site incredibly clean and were able to work around another crew remediating the water damage.The company explored all options for a new hot water tank and thoroughly consulted with us on our choice to go from two tanks down to one larger tank.
