Had the furnace go out in -30 (of course) and pro star had a guy out within 2 hours. Darcy was his name and super good guy. Gave me a furnace 101 which was helpful. Didn’t try to sell me on a full replacement but agreed it was time. I appreciated the non pushy sales behaviour.Got me into a new (better) furnace and the installers were super good guys. Did a great job and the new furnace has us sitting in the lap of luxury.Give Darcy a raise the guy is fantastic.
