We had a fantastic experience with The Gentlemen Pro's. They handled multiple jobs for us in 1 visit. I was really impressed with dedication. Riley and Renee stayed from 1:30-11pm to make sure everything was completed properly and working perfectly.Riley was very good at explaining what was going to be done and what it was going to cost. He brought in rugs and drop-cloths to protect everything and they both wore booties. They were polite and professional, even mindful of my cats!They left everything clean and tidy, even wiping out my cabinets! Renee explained what work was completed and demonstrated that it was working.I continue to be impressed with this company, I have used them 2x's before, right from the receptionist to the invoice.Great job Gentlemen Pros Team!!
Spencer is a very conscientious worker and detailed. He is careful with the floorings and every little bit of stuff he is surrounded with and also makes detailed recommendations that help the client with making current and future bathroom options. The toilet bowl he installed I thought would be too tall for me (am only 5 feet) and too round as I’m used to the usual oval. It’s so nice after he installed it and very water efficient and yes my feet are not dangling. Also being round, it’s not too big and makes my space look bigger. Love it, Zach, I mean Spencer??. And yes I kept turning on the light to look at it, repeatedly. Super thanks! Already looking forward to my next project ??
Jack was friendly and experienced. It was a tough job. A broken nipple needed to be replaced without damaging the surrounding tile work. Excellent work.From the first phone call to thanking Jack as he left it was a pleasant experience. The price was reasonable and exactly as quoted.
From start to finish this experience was fantastic.From the information on the website to my first call with Linda I knew this was the company I wanted to go with and I was ?? right in my decision.I had an appointment for Thursday but was able to have the work done today. Professional/friendly service. Both Austin and his partner provide excellent customer service and explained everything so it was easy to understand.I got my Kitchen sink/garberator/tap replaced as well as the sink and tap in my guest bathroom.Definetly recommend this company and if I need to use them again I definitely will. ??????????I had to book Austin and Danny to come back and check my dishwasher because it was not working. This was due to a little plastic part the size of about a dime getting stuck in the pipes.They did a step by step diagnosis for $125 and had it fixed today!This saved me from having to buy a new dishwasher and having to get it installed.I really cannot say enough about this amazing team! You made my experience exceptional!Thank you so much!????????????
Chris was fast, efficient and explained everything. He was very friendly and polite. The work was tested thoroughly by him before he left and he ensured everything was to my satisfaction. He put up with my pets who were inspecting him and everything he had with him. ?? I really liked how this company charges per job, not for how long it takes to get it done.
