Absolutely amazing service by Colin! I had a clogged upstairs bathroom sink that has been getting worse and worse over the last year. Fed up, I submitted a contact request and Colin emailed back only a few hours later.He was polite and his price for the work was reasonable considering I had tried everything and couldn't fix the issue myself. He was willing to work around my work schedule and come visit the same day when I was home.He came in, quickly assessed the issue, got his tools, and had the drain completely cleared in minutes, and charged less than he had quoted!I had a great chat with him and will absolutely call on his plumbing services in the future! Thank you, Colin - now my wife won't complain about the clog anymore!
To say I was impressed by Colin would be an understatement. Late last night we found the basement ceiling bulging and dripping. Not having used a plumber before we were unsure who to use. Found Collin on Google and he arrived within 20 minutes, he drained the water and diagnosed the issue quickly getting us through the night.He then arrived bright and early the next day which happened to be a Sunday and quickly repaired the issue permanently.Can’t say enough good things about this company, Collin was fast , polite and knowledgeable. Worked fast over Saturday night and Sunday morning which provided peace of mind that the issue was not getting worse.In my opinion the price we paid for his services was extremely reasonable and would not consider using another plumber in the future.If we could give more than 5 stars we would, I highly recommend Collin and this company for all things plumbing.
I called for an emergency service on a Sunday evening due to a frozen pipe after the holidays and my call was answered right away. I was given an estimate over the phone which was very reasonable. From start to end Colin was very knowledgeable and professional. After he arrived, the job was complete all in a couple of hours for the cost originally discussed. Highly recommend this company!
