We had our 52-yr old house replumbed, capping off the old copper pipes, and piped with PEX. The job was done expertly with a 3-person crew in just one day! Justin and Zack stopped by today to install water filtration system. I am very happy with the deal I received and service. Justin and Zack are professional, quick and clean. Originally, water lines were sticking out the wall, Zack recommended to change the position, so it looks nicer and cleaner(Pictures attached below, before and after). They installed the system the same day, answered all our questions, and were very friendly and kind. I will 100 % recommend to my family, friends, and neighbors.

Good afternoon, I am writing this review about the positive experience that I had with Queen City Plumbing and two of their fantastic technicians. Last Friday Richard came out and fixed the plumbing under my kitchen sink. I mistakenly let someone do cheaply. And that’s what I got, a cheap job. Richard fixed it very quickly.Today, 12/29/25, I had the pleasure of having Michael as my technician. I had 2 problems, water not coming out of the shower head and a leak at my hot water heater. With the shower, he quickly diagnosed I had the wrong handle and changed it for me. Then he made quick work of rerouting the line to my tank, the proper way and fixing the leak.All I can say is these gentlemen were professional, professional looking, courteous and I could see they knew what they were doing. Especially since I used to be tradesman. They are an asset to your company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Queen City Plumbing. Thanks, Richard and Michael.
