They were on time, got the issue fixed the first time out. Even contacted to see if they could come earlier. Even tolerated my daughter's dog. Absolutely will be calling them again if needed. Which I will be. They mentioned annual cleaning. To avoid this issue, ummmm YEAH. And I'm getting a new water heater too.I had a Clog that was leaking in to my basement causing it to flood repeatedly everytime I used my upstairs kitchen. And the pipes under the basement kitchen sink had become detached. They fixed it all, and were quick about it. 2 less things to stress about and I have plenty.
We had a water leak at 10 pm on a Saturday night. Water dripping through the floors, into the basement. We called, they came in 15 min. They were the kindest guys and so very knowledgeable. Thanks to Bull Ridge Plumbing I have a home with dry floors. I recommend these guys for you plumbing emergent needs!!!!
Robert Arellano and Kelton worked very hard at snaking out my sink drain this morning. They were very prompt, professional and Robert explained what was happening and answered my questions . They left everything neat and clean and thanked me. I highly recommend them and Bull Ridge Plumbing !!!
5 stars and many thanks to Isaac and Paul, who came to our rescue on this beautiful Saturday. A hose bib failed on the side of the house during use, and wouldn't turn off. We jury rigged something temporary so the water bill wouldn't be awful, then called Bull Ridge. They were able to get it fixed within just a couple of hours of the initial call. Very communicative through the whole process, and both were very professional and considerate. They even asked where to park so they wouldn't block the neighbors driveway. While it's never especially fun to have to pay weekend rates, it was definitely worth it to us to get things fixed quickly. (Side note, they did try something to see if that would hold things until Monday but sadly it didn't work. Was glad to see they at least tried to save us the extra expense from a weekend repair.) Will definitely return to this business for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
Called them on a holiday because our water heater decided to drop dead on us. Scheduled a replacement to come out the next day and they said they’d be out between 7:30 and 9:30. Kept ready communication, let us know who was coming out, to include a photo and his background. Then, maybe most importantly … he showed on time and got to work right away!Garrett did a great job and he was friendly and communicative throughout. All in all a great experience, even if I didn’t want to spend that kinda money. (Although to be fair, the price was absolutely fair - just didn’t want to spend it!)Absolutely recommend Bull Ridge to anyone in the local area.
