JJ was my advanced field tech who chauffeured me around on a ride-a-long. We went to this customers home to diag a condensers unit that was frozen over in frigid, icey conditions and although we encountered some complications like a language barrier and more we we able to defrost her system. Test her return lines and ensure her unit was safely and properly operational before we departed. Upon the departure, we notified the customer the best we could ( due to language barriers) about our visit. We packed, up cleaned up, double check and left without a trace.Thank you HELP and JJ.
Josh did an amazing job! He was very kind and courteous! He wore boot covers and put covers on the wheels of the drain snake to make sure my floors stayed clean. He was here about an hour, and got my floor drain in the basement cleared. Fantastic service and price! Even when I scheduled them out, the lady who made my appointment was extremely nice! I HIGHLY recommend HELP!
We were smelling electricity and our breaker box was hot. We called four companies on Sunday night to get an emergency visit. All answering service devices told us they would call us Monday morning. HELP was the first and only company that returned our call. Michael came out on Monday, immediately knew the problem with our 47 year old breaker box. As we suspected it needed to be replaced. He was able to "fix" the wiring to hold it to the next day and ensure we would not have a fire. He came out the very next morning and installed a new box. He check all our outlets and appliances to ensure that everything was working before he left and cleaned up his work area. We was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We were very pleased with Michael as our service technician. We felt HELP was very responsive and was a professional company.
My husband and I have been using HELP for years and have never been disappointed. Everyone that has ever come out has been friendly and knowledgeable. They never overcharge, leave a mess, or do a bad job. We had a new furnace installed, had some trouble getting it to work because of our old exhaust pipes. HELP sent someone out ASAP. They truly went above and beyond to get everything up and running. From going to multiple supply houses to find a part we needed to working on Christmas Eve. Especially our original installer, he not only came back out but climbed up on our roof in the freezing cold and wind to rerun the pipes. Some companies would have left us hanging but you guys did not. Thank you!
My old boiler from the 50s gave out. HELP did a professional job with the new installation. Shoutout to the installers who put in a lot of work: Darren, Bryce, Tyler, and Homer.The boiler did have some initial issues. However, HELP quickly sent out one of their most knowledgeable techs, JJ Engelbert to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue. I was very happy with his thoroughness and technical knowledge. He answered all my questions, got the boiler running again and made it a very pleasant experience.
