We called to clear out our main line which recently had a small backup. Chris is who we dealt with. He explained the situation well and took extra steps that a previous plumber did not. I called on a Friday morning complaining of a backed up kitchen sink. The dispatcher was friendly and polite, putting me briefly on hold while she determined if a plumber had time in his schedule to visit the same day. She announced that Michael would stop by that same afternoon after he finished a job. Michael called ahead to let me know when he was en route. He quickly diagnosed the situation and inspired me with confidence that he could remedy the problem. He kept my anxiety low by describing everything he was doing and permitting me to observe the camera scope. He remained pleasant the entire time and even took the bucket of gunky water outside for disposal. I was impressed with Michael's skill and feeling very grateful to have my problem solved in advance of a weekend of bad weather. The cost was very reasonable, adding to my good mood. I was very pleased with the results and the excellent customer service.
