Sergey was great! He responded quickly. The job was trying to setup a washer/dryer tower in a very small location, so it was not without challenges. Sergey solved the issues the popped up & hopefully all will be ok. Despite the job taking extra time, he honored the price quote which was very professional. He seemed very knowledgeable. Sergey and Ed were great! They listened carefully to the issue that I was trying to resolve--really slow warmup times on my hot water--and suggested a recirculating pump rather than a point-of-use water heater. And now my wife keeps telling me how happy and comfortable she is.And they did it for a much more reasonable price than I would have gotten from other plumbers that I used in the past.Great job, guys!
