He was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what needed to be repaired, what might need to be replaced in the future, and how I can properly maintain the system to keep it running well. I really appreciated how transparent and thorough he was. It made me feel confident that the job was done right. Highly recommend!

I like how easy it is to schedule or reschedule appts — just send a text! Scheduling staff is always very responsive and accommodating. Sam is great to work with! He is very knowledgeable regarding products and services and always takes time to show me what needs attention and how to maintain things for the best efficiency. Sam is also comfortable with our dogs, which is a bonus.
I had a furnace issue and called some places and only Schaal was able to come on a Saturday. The technician, Cole was great. He worked quickly and explained everything very well after he finished. He did a great job and I would recommend them.
