I hired Mr. Rooter to scope my sewage lines and do some plumbing repair work in my basement. Jason A. came out to do the work and he did a fantastic job! He walked me through everything he was seeing on the camera and gave me a realistic, no bs assessment of my plumbing issues without trying to sell me on any repairs I didn't need.Jason was friendly and hilarious and walked me through everything he was checking for and what repairs he recommended. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was very professional. When he was finished with the work, he cleaned everything to the extent that there was no trace of a mess left.Hopefully I never need them again, but I would definitely hire Mr. Rooter again!
Austin Green came out this morning and quickly repaired our sink and cleared a clog that had been causing problems. He was fast, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire visit. He explained the issue clearly and fixed everything efficiently. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber.
