Matthew made repairs on my Navien water heater. He was professional in the way he carried himself. He first explained what the issue was, what caused it, and how it was going to be fixed. He also showed me how the mechanism in the broken part had failed and thereby causing the issue; also how the mechanism looks like in the replacement part. He additionally gave maintenance tips and timelines to consider replacing the pump. It's good to be in the know. He knows his stuff! His explanations were systematic, which helped me understanding. I'm very happy with the work he's donework.
During the freezing temperatures our hot water tank stopped working and needed replacement. Thanks to the entire team who worked so fast to get it all up and running for us as soon as possible. Right from the quote to fixing it. Johnny did an amazing job, apart from being an amazing guy he worked so well and perfectly finished the job so fast and cleaned up the entire space where he had worked. Johnny was personable and easy to chat with while he worked and quickly fixed my sink and toilet. These guys have big hearts and do their best to go up and above. My place was a mess due to a 138 day hungerstrike I am on but he worked around it and still finished the job quickly, cleanly and throughly. Give him a promotion!
