Avoid. They did the plumbing when the house was built. We’re second owners, we gutted the bathroom on the second floor to update it and they cut through a joist and the webbing which you can’t do it’s structural.Avoid at all cost. See photos.
Initially we had wonderful service. Decided to go with them even though they were more expensive than had we done the job ourselves. Used the contractor they suggested and expected that everything would be stress free. How wrong we were. Sink drain plug stuck after one year. The shower is leaking through two spots - the wall is damaged - the shower doesn’t drain properly. Email after email. Contractor says he did his job correctly - Fleurco says it’s the contractor. No o going communication and if I don’t follow up - I never get an answer. I feel like a ping pong back and forth. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Buyer beware.

WOULDNT WISH THIS COMPANY ON MY WORST ENEMYunreachable for months via telephone, voicemail, and email.in a new build my wife and I chased them literally for months trying to pick our sinks and faucets for our new home. Went to the store several times all the way in Gatineau and still unable to make our selections. They installed sinks in our home that we didn't choose said they would fix it after the holidays and let us make our choices then backed out. I emailed the owner after they sent us a $10 000 quote to fix there mistakes. Not even so much as a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" instead told me he'd only deal with my builder. ummm shouldn't I be able to pick what goes into the home I'm paying for?
I am taking this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the parts and service department staff at the Plomberie Outaouais for their help in helping me sorting out a water leak issue with my bathtub faucet. After numerous trips to local hardware stores in an attempt to repair a nagging water leak issue, I was able to get in no time two custom adapters built in your shop and expert advice on how to install them. The adapters fitted perfectly and as expected the faucet is no longer leaking. Thank you again for your expert help.
