The technician was very open about what the issue was, showed me exactly where the problem was, and explained exactly what was required to resolve the issue. Today, M. Boileau came to our house to fix a bursted waste pipe in our basement. After around 1.5 hours of trying to declog the pipe, we saw 2 little jumpy eyes, looking straight at us. It seems a rat had made her way in from the city main waste pipe, across our check valve and got stuck in an elbow. He tried multiple strategies to remove it, but was not able. Finally he opted for the only option, he cut the pipe right above were the rodent was and was able to remove it.We were very satisfied with his professionalism and the price was unbeatable.Looking forward to recommending you and your company.Not sure if I should post a picture of the rodent.
