Would highly recommend Eisener's Plumbing & Heating. We had an emergency plumbing issue earlier this week with the back water valve in the sewer drain. The valve dislodged itself and caused a back up into our basement bathroom. Sandy and his team were great, he showed up within 1 hour of calling in the emergency. Sandy fixed our main issue with the back water valve along with another issue involving the toilet in the basement. We were really happy with the efficiency and price to complete the repairs. I will keep them as our go to plumber for future repairs.
I've used Eisener's plumbing twice now since Nov '25. Katie always get's back to me in a timely fashion via email, text or call with an appointment or updates on Sandy's arrival. Sandy is a personable and skilled serviceman, quick to work and solve/complete the job. Easy to chat with and will explain what he is doing if you inquire. I highly recommend them and their company.
Sandy and his team have worked on three projects for me now, soon to be fourth. From replacing a cartridge in my shower, coming to the rescue when I had a leaky pipe in my ceiling, to replacing all my aged copper pipes with pex pipes. I next plan to have taps replaced in my bathroom.I trust Sandy to provide sound advice and fair pricing.
Their website says they have 24/7 emergency services. Lee Castle plumbing called on my behalf as they use this company from time to time depending on the service needed. I called and left 2 voice mails. No one ever returned my calls and I was left to find another plumber. 3 days without being able to use our septic system. A simple phone call to advise they can’t make it or they’ll be out the first of the week would have gone a long way. But when you say you offer 24/7 emergency services, CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK regardless if you’re able to make it or not. Thankfully, there are other companies still willing to answer their phones.
I've had a drip in my tub for over 5 years and it kept getting worse... finally broke down and called Sandy. He came by after I sent him some pictures of my tub. He gave me lots of options to fix it. What we decided on, wasn't the cheapest choice but it's one of the nicest without replacing my tub. They were fast, and really nice. Sandy even fixed my stair that was loose! I would recommend them, and will be calling again if I ever need plumbing repairs in the future!
