Scott Plumbing personnel was very responsive. We had a busted pipe in our yard. Bobby and his colleague identified the issue and corrected the problem. They explained everything they would do to identify the issue and also advised of the proposed costs. The team was friendly, informed and very professional. The cost was very reasonable. I was able to get an appointment right away. Keith and Logan showed up right on time, both very friendly and got right to work. Very knowledgeable and explained/showed me what the problem was and how they fixed it. I thought the price was very reasonable for both jobs, too. Highly, highly recommend and I will definitely use Scott Plumbing in the future!
Brandon came out to my house promptly and was professional and knowledgeable. We made a plan to fix my hose and will be out next week to repair it due to my needing to wait for payday. He was willing to repair it right then, however if I hadn’t needed to wait. The price seemed reasonable-it’s not an easy fix.
Called Scott at 11am, had a tech to me by 2, and new hot water heater installed by 5. Absolutely incredible and for a fair price. Best thing was the tech. Smart and a great guy. Highly recommend!
