Our water softener stopped working correctly and he came out Matthew and looked at it and even though we could not find our receipt so we pay he still did the service call didn’t cost much. There was $89 Service coffee, which is a lot, but it didn’t cost as much as I thought it would, but we still have to find a receipt so that they can refund the $89 Service call fee. It’s OK they can’t get our water softener working correctly again! our water softener again, but he was an awesome person.

Juan was awesome. Very professional. Very polite. Very knowledgeable. He laid everything out very simply so even I could understand it. I needed a valve replaced. He showed me the cost and the cost of putting a new one in. Gave me plenty of options. It was also a good price. Very happy. Glad I went with Benjamin Franklin. I really didn't know and kind of picked at random.
had to get my water heater replaced because i was randomly out of hot water. Called at 9:30 am and had it all done and replaced by 4!!I already have hot water again and it’s still daylight!!! they did amazing. fast workers and did what they came to do and got out. Will definitely be contacting in the future if anything else happens !!!
