They replaced my water heater 8/25. 3/26 the pipe burst and water flooded my attic and master bedroom. I called Draingo to see if it was under warranty because it had not been a year. The lady said no. I asked how was it not under warranty and it wasn’t a year. They refused to fix. I had to pay someone because they worked through American Homeshield who again didn’t want to take responsibility and send someone. I found a company that night who came the next morning at 8 and it was fixed within the hour plus they sent a restoration company to clean the water which by that time I had fans for 3 days drying my walls and floors. The company you need that’s great is root Coice plumbing. Do not use draingo.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! We only used them because that is who American Home Sheild sent out. However, I was told by other plumbers to be aware of them. We had a tub draining slow, but the main concern was the drain to the washer draining slow. Well, the technician came out and told my mom that he can unstop her washer and tub and the price was $693.00. However, he left and told my mom that everything was good to go, and everything is flowing just fine. She tried to be washed and discovered nothing has been fixed. We called the next day and was told the charges were valid because the drain was attempted to be cleared. He never communicated that to my mom. I asked for a partial refund of $450.00 because what sense it makes to pay for a drain to be cleared and we can't even wash. They eventually offered me a credit only if I had preventable measures performed that would cost $3700.00. The fact that you all tried to offer a credit suggest that you all know it wasn't the best experience, but to leave someone in distress and not being able to wash their clothes before the ice storm and the only option that you all have is pay $900+ dollars with no negotiation. It's an older house and yes it needs modifications but to say that you all need all that money to get the issue fixed is insane. You all just want to force people to give you all money. We had a local licensed plumber come out and clear the drain with no issues and said that you all could have did the same. I would not recommend and we have told AHS that next time we need plumbing to not send yall out! The person that answers the phone was sweet; I would give her 5 stars because she tried to help after listening to our concerns.
He was so pleasant! He came with a smile and ready to work. Although I didn’t need anything with air it was great to have someone come out and tell me what was really needed. Thank you for being so very pleasant!
I highly recommend this plumbing company.Their pricing is reasonable. And customer service is excellent.I had a mess on my hands! I had called several companies to try and get some help but everyone was booked up. I called Drain Go and Ashley said that maybe they could look at my plumbing issue today, since there was a plumber working near my house, it took a few hours but Javier came by and assessed the matter and went to work. He was able to fixed the problem and now everything is working just fine.
DrainGo was recommended by our Home Service insurance plan. They were excellent. They communicated the day of the request and kept us informed on when they would be there! That is HUGE to me that is quality service right off the bat! Javier was the plumber that was sent to the site and he was excellent! This is my neice and nephew’s house they had slow drainage in their tubs and leaking around one of the toilets. After the inspection Javier discovered that the vent on the roof that is connected to the inside plumbing needed to be evacuated. So he came back and was successful with that also. I might add on the coldest and windiest day we have had so far! I admire and deeply appreciate that. So everyone from beginning to the end was excellent. Would highly recommend!
