MPS was recommended to me by a friend. Shawn and another young man(who is in training) came to my home within 24 hours of my son calling them. I had a major sewer blockage. My son and I couldn’t use any of the bathrooms(3) or kitchen sink. Shawn immediately knew what the problem was. He gave me a quote, I said ok when can you start. He replied “today, I just need to go get other equipment”. 15 minutes later the owner and another gentleman knocked on my door to assist Shawn. I had 2 men working on one of my bathrooms upstairs while Shawn was working on the bathroom downstairs. To my surprise everything was done in 1 hour and 32 minutes. Thank you guys so much!!! We are now forever customers due to the professionalism, timeliness, and honesty. The price I was quoted was the price I paid.
