Had a great experience with Ray Perry and Emmanuel Quintero. They were efficient, cleaned up site well, and were extremely detail oriented. Their customer service couldn’t be better and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I recommend them enthusiastically!Update (3/3/26)... They couldn't seem to get the part nor adequately fix our Toto toilet despite multiple additional visits (one of which that left footprints on the floor). Thankfully we could get the part on Amazon and a handyman was astoundingly able to do what a plumber couldn't. Go figure.
We had David Nelson come in for our sink and he got everything working right in no time. No nonsense and straight to work. Our sink pipe is draining better than it has in the 3+ years I've been at this house.The lady who took our call (Dorean, i think) for the appointment was great as well. Didn't ask 20 questions beforehand, gave us their rates ahead of time and set us up quick.Great job all around and would highly recommend!
Emmanuel was excellent from start to finish. He called ahead of time before arriving to make sure the timing worked, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to repair the leak and clearly walked me through the process.He shut off the water, prepared his workspace carefully, and laid out his tools neatly on a towel. He was very clean, organized, and professional throughout the entire repair. Emmanuel successfully fixed the leak and also took the time to answer a few additional plumbing-related questions, offering helpful advice along the way!I highly recommend this company, especially Emmanuel. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made this a great experience!
We had a great experience with Premier Plumbing! The girl answering the phones:making appointments was so personable and nice! She was able to get an appointment booked for us in less than 24 hours. Then Ray Perry was our technician. I got a heads up text when he was on the way, along with a tracking link. He arrived within the 1 hour timeframe I was given by the office and he was able to complete our work within an hour. We had a leak visible from an upstairs bathroom down through our living room ceiling. I was expecting the worst. He was so nice and explained everything so well. I highly recommend Premier and especially Ray!
