Nothing but good things to say about Full Nelson. We came back from vacation and the furnace was out. They came the next day and were able to provide on site quotes. They then came the next business day and had everything installed quickly, cleanly and without issue. They even let us borrow some space heaters between the quote and install. Clint was our main point of contact and was very patient, thorough, and walked us through all steps of the process. Full Nelson has also done gas plumbing work for us and has been excellent every time. Would recommend them to anyone
Let me just say that Michael Shultz was a phenomenal technician. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to actually explain what was going on instead of rushing through it or talking over me. He answered every question I had clearly and without any attitude, which I genuinely appreciated. The quality of his work was excellent, and the issue was diagnosed and fixed promptly. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and cared about doing it right. I have a lot of appreciation for his professionalism and would absolutely want him back for any future HVAC work. I was a first-time Full Nelson customer today, and I plan to be a repeat customer in the future.

When our furnace quit, Mike from Full Nelson services thoroughly investigated the situation and gave us an accurate assessment and the options to solve the problem. Full Nelson Plumbing took care of a sewer line for me from my basement all the way out into the street. Zac and Chris made what would have been any homeowner’s nightmare into a calm experience. My 1940’s pipes are all replaced and up to code now. They were so knowledgeable , I had them replace my galvanized gas lines with new steel pipes. I’ll use them again when I’m ready for a furnace or generator.They handled all the permits. They were considerate of my cat and dog.
