I contacted Shawn to do an urgent repair and he responded quickly, even though it was a weekend. He attended soon after and was able to repair a shower drain leak I had that had to be repaired from outside the building. Despite having to climb a ladder to repair it in a difficult position , he was able to get the job done and my shower drain is now working perfectly.
