Byam's Plumbing had completed a huge job in the middle of winter for me. They had to replace the main sewer line to my home as it was clogged by roots from nearby trees. It was a difficult job with surprises that popped up, and made the work difficult. As it was winter, with snow fall, and freezing temperatures, Chris the owner continued to push the job forward. He was determined to finish the job despite the obstacles that hindered the work. The team worked through it all and completed the job. The price was adjusted due to unforeseen obstacles, but a reasonable outcome was agreed too. Chris has been fair with the pricing, ensuring we were happy with the job.

We called Byams Plumbing to repair a leak in a pipe to our water heater. Within two hours of making the call, Chris was at our home to fix the problem. We are very happy with the quality of Chris’ work, as well as his friendliness and professionalism. But to top it off… a few hours after Chris left, we still did not have hot water. We called Byams, and Chris returned to our home with half an hour. Turns out the pilot light simply needed to be relit - something we should have been able to do ourselves. But Chris was happy to do it and said it was no bother at all. Such great customer service is rare these days. We’ll be repeat customers.
