I highly recommend Tri City plumbing. The young man that came out on a emergency basis was on time and worked very hard to try to get my drain cleared. Unfortunately it didn't get cleared which wasn't his fault. This was the only down side to the visit or tri city would of gotten a 5 star rating
Had an emergency plumbing issue at my restaurant and needed assistance right away. Theresa answered the call very late at night (after hours) and tried to fix the issue on the call before dispatching a technician which would be very costly because it was an emergency service. We ended up fixing the issue and she kindly even canceled our appointment without any hesitation. Very trustworthy plumbers who actually care about not only the customer's problem but also their pockets. Very hard to see these days. Thank you so much Theresa!
My laundry tub sink in the basement was plugged below the P-trap closet to the main line. Although it was a non-urgent issue, Tri-City plumbing came out the same day I phoned. The gentleman was polite and thorough and didn’t leave a mess. They ended up needing to cut the pipe and add a clean out on the main vent line to deal with the issue. Definitely beyond my own skill set, but I appreciate that they were proactive to make it easier to deal with any future issues.
Your service man was great. He surveyed the situation and went right to work. We discussed options as the work progressed , cutting thru drywall and cabinet to get to the leaking pipe, cutting the old pipe out ,replacing it with new, regrouting the sink, changing the taps. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the work area. We do have a hole in the cabinet and drywall but the cabinet hides it. Plumbers aren't drywallers. We are having the bathroom renovated soon so that will be taken care of. We are quite happy with our no leaking bathroom sink and new tap. Thank you
Excellent service.The pipes burst in our basement and the plumber was at the house within an hour despite a winter storm.Very thorough and got everything repaired within 2 hours, sent pictures and details about everything completed which is great for insurance.Will definitely use them again!
