In the middle of the night, I called an emergency plumbing service. They took my contact information and promised a callback in about twenty minutes.The result: more than seven hours of silence, then a call from a condescending woman explaining that the on-call plumber hadn't woken up and that "these things happen."An emergency service that doesn't respond to emergencies isn't an emergency service. When you're experiencing a critical situation in the middle of the night, you expect professionalism, reliability, and respect, not flippant excuses.If a company can't provide a genuine 24/7 service, it shouldn't advertise itself as such.
The plumber was very competent, BUT he received the wrong job request, so much so that part of the work wasn't done, even though the plumbing company was notified a week in advance. Therefore, the work wasn't finished, and a bathroom assessment wasn't carried out. Furthermore, they haven't corresponded with the insurance companies. Also, their advertising claims 24/7 service, but for a water leak from a broken pipe, you have to wait a week. Finally, communication is difficult, and you can feel their indifference, as I was repeatedly told they were overwhelmed with work. In short, shop around before doing business with this plumbing company.

Worst company ever ! Do not use them !!!Someone supposed to "repair" the water heater, he destroy the machine instead !
This is the worst company. we had a problem with Kitchen Faucet which was leaking and unfortunately the water damaged the floor under us . we called this company to check just for make sure that it is faucet problem . the person who was sent by company just checked in 6 minutes and he said the same thing that we already knew it and he said , you need to change the faucet!!!. the company charged us for 5 minutes 160 $ plus tax 183$ and when we asked this is only 5 minutes,they said anything less that one hour is 160$ .I do not recommend this company all all.
