I had a complicared case of a blockage 35 feet away from the sink, which is unusual for a condo. Although it took longer time to fix, and therefore being more expensive, Alex took care of the problem and got a solution that benefitted both sides. Alex is quick to respond to mails, and even calls to make sure you are satisfied.
