We scheduled a repair for our water heater. They came and flushed it out and then replaced a piece that was apparently broken. In the middle of it he said he needed a new tool at harbor freight and would be back. He was gone for one hour and was told I would not be charged for that time. I reviewed and signed the bill and the hour he was gone was removed from the invoice. I agreed to $577 (a rip off as is). The next day the credit card charge came in including the hour he was gone $747 (an extra $170). I provided video proof that he was gone and that he stayed in my driveway before and after the service to rack up the time on the gps meter. I sent it to the company and they only agreed to refund me half of the amount ($85). On top of all that, they did not fix the water heater and the part they installed was faulty. I had to hire another plumber to correct this issue since I was told they would charge me again to fix it. At this point I had no faith they would do it properly or charge me the correct amount. So to simply have a water heater flushed and a faulty part installed they charged me $662 ($747 credit card charge -$85 partial refund). They were extremely rude and operate as a scam. Beware you will be charged $170/hour even if the service you hired for should be a quick job they will drag it out to charge you more. If I could give 0 stars I would. Choose anyone else!!

Showed up early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. very nice guys who went above and beyond to help out with my washing machine pipes and made sure everything worked ok before leaving. will recommend both Angel & Charles to anyone needing plumbing/technician help in the future
Douglass Orr Plumbing is an outstanding company. I hired them for multiple projects, and every step of the process was handled with professionalism and top-tier craftsmanship.They installed a tankless water heater, coordinated and recommended the electrical upgrades needed for my panel, and installed an outdoor shower with hot water . They also removed and replaced PVC lines with copper, reinstalled exterior connections in copper, replaced all shut-off valves, ran a new water line to the front of the house, and rerouted all water and drain lines so I could install a stacked washer and dryer. Once the electrical work was completed, they returned to install a commercial sink where the old water tank had been (yes—my Frenchie now enjoys a proper spa experience).Three different plumbers worked on the project, and all of them were professional, polite, and extremely clean. The work was done to the highest standards from start to finish.I would hire Douglass Orr Plumbing again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.
