Called my friend Jason for a new hot water heater. He asked for a pic and identified that I’d need to update the electrical wiring prior to install - this to me is a sign of competence as I’m sure lots of other plumbers would just show up, realize the problem and then have to leave and reschedule…Once I had the electrical updated, we scheduled install within days.
