Reception/Customer service was extremely rude!I called for a quote for a project and without answering my question, they asked me how many other companies I've received quotes from (first off - why does that matter what I have discussed with other companies?).I said that I am shopping around and have only received 2 verbal quotes (without any inspection) and she immediately starting venting to me about how an inspection takes 3 hours - I said alright, so can I book an inspection with you? And then she said that we're not interested in working with you and hung up on me. Like what?A quick scan across the negative reviews here on Google tells me this company is incredibly unprofessional and lacks customer service.To be honest, it's a bit strange that a company refuses to work with a customer who chooses to be INFORMED of market rates.I'm actually glad that I experienced this negative customer service first hand - not even 5 minutes into the call, because it was a huge red flag and would probably save me a lot of time based on what everyone has written here with their negative experiences. And it's crazy how the owner is here just giving out private customer details. Dodged a bullet.
Very good service. The plumber was a nice guy, found my issue quickly. I only put 4 stars because no matter how close you live, they charge you 30' transport + 1h30min of work (it took 20' to resolve my problem).I asked them to adjust a bit their price (like charge by default 1h instead of 1h30min). If it changes, I will adjust my review for sure.

Service and work was very good. However, I would suggest customers to ask for pricing on parts ahead of confirming appointment if you do no want to end up with surprises. The mark-up taken on parts is extreme compared to what it will cost you to get in a hardware store (I was charged close to $200 for parts that probably retail for less than $50). I am not against a mark-up but had I known they would charge this much, I would have done the work myself. Charging $15 for parts that cost 3$ seems exagerated but that is maybe just my ignorance.
