Ryan completed the installation professionally and tested the system multiple times to ensure everything functioned correctly. He walked me through how it works and what to check during routine maintenance. The installation was clean and well done, and I feel much more secure during heavy rain now.

I called with a tankless heater issue in the morning, they were able to come and assess within hours, and then discussed various solutions. In the end I opted to replace the unit and they were able to do the work same day. Their plumber and install technician were polite, knowledgeable, and skilled at their trade. All options were discussed, they worked hard to ensure I was happy with the end result, and they left the house in the same condition as they found it. So happy to have hot water restored in record time. 10/10 would use again!
Adam was absolutely fantastic. He arrived incredibly quickly on a Saturday and fixed our problem within an hour. He was friendly, respectful and communicative regarding what the issue with our plumbing was. I would high recommend Adam at Superior Plumbing Toronto.
