Matt and Tyree were great throughout the process of changing my old pipes from the house to the street. They were quick to respond, friendly and professional! There was a leak even after and they took responsibility and came out to re-do the entire piping, which we very much appreciated and shows their integrity as a company. I would absolutely recommend them!
I called on Monday (a holiday) and Matt came out the next day. My disposal would not run, just hummed. Matt suggested a few remedies to save me a plumbing call, but they didn’t work. So, he came, gave me an estimate to replace (motor was shot), and worked hard to work with my unusual plumbing configuration. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. He worked hard and explained the problems he encountered. I can’t say enough what a positive experience this was, even with all the difficulties he had working with my plumbing. They are incredibly responsive (I usually get a response within minutes of contacting them) and attentive, and have worked on a couple of projects at my house, on short notice. They are timely and professional and I can’t recommend them more.
What a lifesaver!! I contacted 100 Percent Plumbing after not getting responses from other companies. They not only responded (I am one of the unlucky ones still without power) after the ice storm to help me turn off water that I couldn’t reach, they came early!! SO NICE too. Price was reasonable—no gouging during the storm emergency. When I asked if it would be easy for me to get the water back on once power was restored he said, you have my number, just give me a call. For the first time in days, looking for hotel rooms, flashlights, sand for the ice, etc. to have such a positive experience was wonderful.
I had a great experience with 100 Percent Plumbing. They were able to come out within 48 hours, were very communicative throughout the process, and worked quickly while making sure everything was fully taken care of. One of the plumbers even drove to Lowe’s to grab a cartridge for my shower so it could be fixed immediately, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future.
