We had 4 toilets to replace. 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. The 2 gentleman who replaced them were highly professional and polite. They were extremely careful as to not damage our walls or wood floors and bathroom tiles. They cleaned up and removed the old toilets at no extra charge. They were on time too. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.
Bertucci Bros were very helpful in helping find a leak in my home. They did a very well done video that was helpful. They also recommended a leak detector who was able to quickly find the leak and then Bertucci Bros were able to quickly hop in and fix the problem!They were easy to work with and I will definitely use them again if needed!
Installed new hot water heaters and did an excellent job taking preventive measures to protect the floors, walls, and doors during the install. One of the heaters arrived damaged, and their supply house had a replacement on site within 10 minutes. Very professional work and great responsiveness.
I have used Bertucci Brothers twice. Once on a major plumbing job and once on some basic toilet and vanity setting. They were fantastic on both jobs. They were prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. On the last job, they found leaks and made minor repairs outside of their original scope of work. They were recommended by another plumber that couldn't do the scope of work I needed on my first job. I am glad he recommended Bertucci Bros. I am now setting up my third job with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
