He shared with me the diagnostic report, and what repairs and costs are needed. Unfortunately for me I need a new condenser coil, but I was informed pretty much along the way, and was not surprised by this after the Mark’s very transparent approach.

Great service. I had requested a service repair an old on demand hot water heater, but there were additional problems with it when Stebe went out to try and clean it so it it made more sense to buy a new one from Natals. Options and details were clearly explained and the price was reasonable. I am on the schedule for installation next week and I expect everything will go well. They previously did a great job on replacing my AC and heat. I highly recommend them!
