ABSOLUTELY FANTASTICThe late January winter storm Fern wreaked havoc on plumbing in and around Oklahoma. Even while leaving our hot and cold water faucets dribble to prevent freezing, we ended up with a cracked hot water pipe underneath the house. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing, figuring I wouldn’t get a tech out for days in this weather and with so many others dealing with broken pipes. Instead, Plumb Crazy had a technician at our house within the hour.My tech, Kevin arrived with his assistant and they checked out the damage, gave me a quote, and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. They were extremely friendly, polite, professional and well-trained. The price was great. The service was prompt and efficient. The warranty was very reasonable and totally unexpected. Happy with service from this company. Able to schedule estimate online and got a confirmation of appt within the hour. Day of appointment, I received a text 30 minutes prior to arrive and arrived within the requested time frame. Jesse did a great job of explaining the process, giving me the quote and told me it was good for 30 days. After speaking to my daughter, we decided to rescheduled for actual appointment. Again online and quick response from company to confirm. The same tech Jesse came out and quickly completed the job within the hour. Fair pricing, within what I was expecting for pay for the job. (Single Bibb Replacement- should cost anywhere from $300-400; paid $375 for service). Overall, very pleased with service and will call again for any future plumbing needs.
