American Rooter is an amazing company. We decided to go with them based upon a friend’s recommendation. I checked out the reviews and scheduled an appointment to have my water main cleared of tree roots. I have an older home with clay pipes and two large maple trees in the front yard. The tech gave detailed information and options for both preventative maintenance of the old pipes and costs/pros of replacing them. They cleared the pipes and shared the camera images with me so I could see the extent of the root invasion. I didn’t get any scare tactic vibes or upselling. Thank you so much for the thorough, high quality, fair priced job well done! Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend to everyone! Lastly, all my interactions with the staff were great, but Jarrod was a rockstar and truly a pleasure to work with. I don’t know what you pay him, but you need to give him a raise!!
