Called Backlund around 12:30pm, and after they rearranged technicians were at our office by 2pm! These guys were great. My hot water heater went out they were able to send a plumber and a water heater out to my house within hours. They were able to answer any questions I had and super professional and friendly. For what you are getting I’d say their pricing is great! Thank you Backlund!!!
