The person I spoke with did a good job of assessing what my problem was, and arranged an appointment convenient to me. The plumber they sent, Greg, was fantastic. He was very professional, courteous, and considerate. Greg solved the issue in a couple of hours. This included getting a new faucet. The repair went much faster than expected. Based on my first experience with Environmental Plumbing, I would highly recommend them.

She was able to provide me with an appointment very promptly and in a very friendly yet professional manner. Do not lose this very competent person.Lance was awesome: he called to confirm that he was on his way within the appointment window and was prompt; he was dressed appropriately and was professional, courteous, and friendly.Lance confirmed the leaks at the T-joints and explained what the plan would be. He allowed me to watch the repair ( I like to learn about how things are repaired) and explained the benefits of the PEX piping. He had the repairs completed very quickly and was very neat about it all.I would highly recommend Environmental Plumbing and Lance to friends and family.
It was a good experience with Liam. Liam was very thorough. He did tests for various parts of the pipes and worked through 2.5 hours. The camera was a good tool to show customers what is happening with the pipes. He's knowledgeable and explained how the pipes work as well. It's nice to be offered a 10% discount which he inadvertently forgot to apply to the invoice but said I can call into the office tomorrow to get that refunded. Not a problem at all. The 10% was refunded the next day.
Both of my kitchen sinks were clogged. Nick was very kind and meticulous, I appreciated him checking multiple times to make sure the sink wasn't clogging and he also cleaned up after the work was done. I appreciated him informing me that I had 30 day service guaranteed and if the sink clogged again to call back.
