We utilized their services for a Gas Hot water tank and our Furnace and AC. When we reached out, a reply came very quickly which was greatly appreciated. All installs went smooth and the service is professional and courtious. He didn’t seal my sink drain pipe and as the ground shifted over a few years, the pipe separated and I ended up paying $1,500 to fix a bulkhead soaked with water.Then I asked him for drywall contacts and he sent me two duds. Finally, I asked him for feedback regarding a fridge water/ice line and he never got back to me. I just don’t trust Shane and wouldn’t do business with him again.

Ryan, Shane and the team at Its Plumbing handled all the plumbing for our new build in 2023. Shane was great to deal with from always being responsive and willing to help us with fixture suggestions. They worked around our schedule and job was completed without any surprise costs.
