We didn’t have much complaint about the plumber himself—he did his job in identifying the leak issue. However, my company experienced one of the worst customer service interactions we’ve had in a long time.After opening the ceiling, the team removed and discarded the drywall pieces, which made restoration much more difficult. When I asked about this, the customer service representative claimed the drywall “crumbled into small pieces” on the spot even without checking with anyone - and which was clearly not the case as seen in the picture.What was most frustrating wasn’t just the issue itself, but the dismissive response. A simple, respectful reply like “we’ll check with the technician and get back to you” would’ve been enough. Instead, I was told to “go read the agreement you signed.” That kind of response shows a clear lack of care for the customer experience.Unfortunately, this interaction left the impression that this is not a customer-focused business.
