Yesterday we woke up to water on floor in garage due to water heater issue (heater was 14yrs old). Called Wyman and Erik was on the case for a 4:30 PM appointment! Erik has done work before on our house - he is top notch! His customer service, knowledge, experience and execution of doing things right is 2nd to none! Erik was very connected communication wise throughout the day and by 7:00 pm the same day we had hot water for showers! Wyman has been our plumbing service for years…best in the business and Erik is truly the total package when it comes to quality of work and customer service in a timely manner! Erik came out to inspect our leaking hot water tank which ended up needing to be replaced as well as diagnosed a bad pressure valve. He had a replacement tank and valve in his truck with him and was able to change them out same day and worked til 8pm until it was done. He was super informative and friendly. Will hire him and Wyman for my future plumbing issues.
We had a water softener go bad and start leaking, so we called Wyman for help. The office staff was wonderful — they got us on the schedule right away, and Anthony arrived promptly with several options to solve the issue. We've used Wyman many times. Erik is a badass.. replaced water heater, garbage disposal, tough leak repairs, water main shut off, house bib, etc. He's super nice helpful and makes the process easy every time.
