As a home inspector and Realtor, I really appreciate the level of customer service and care this company provides. Their pricing for sewer scoping is more than reasonable, and their repair work is both fair and competitive. Keith, Mike C., and Scott consistently deliver sewer videos quickly, which is incredibly important in the fast-paced real estate environment. They are always available to answer questions and, in my opinion, truly go above and beyond. They are friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly care about the quality of their work and their clients.
Scott Jenkins & Michael Duff are a credit to your company. Scott's demeanor & knowledge made my decision to use K W.Michael is a fine, honorable young man & a hard worker. They are assets to your company & excellent ambassadors for K W. I felt comfortable leaving Michael here when I left for a scheduled appt.My only critique of your company is there was a mix up between the office and the scheduler on 2/25. Your worker was to be here around 12:30, but Michael came a bit after 8 AM. I showed him the email I received in the afternoon of the 24TH indicating the 12:30 time. If it was not Michael, I would not have felt comfortable leaving some else here whiile I was to be gone. In the end it worked out.
Mike S took care of our job. Our water service line needed to be replaced. Very complicated job. Mike and his crew did an excellent job. Mike is very skilled on that bobcat.
I absolutely recommend Krupp Whitney Plumbing. I would give them six stars, if possible. Specifically, Keith was remarkable in terms of communication, professionalism, and patience. My sisters and I were selling our parents/childhood home so it was a very emotional process. Additionally, time was of the essence to accommodate our buyers. Keith understood, listened to our needs as sellers, and assisted in helping us close the sale within a very short timeframe. I extend a resounding thank you to Krupp Whitney and Keith for helping my sisters and I with our plumbing needs. My Dad, Bill, was an extremely PROUD commercial plumber…he would’ve been soooo happy and at peace we found such a respectable plumbing company to help his daughters sell his and my Mum’s home! Thank you KW and, again, a special shout out to Keith!!! ??????????????????
I had a very serious plumbing problem that started in December 2024. I had insurance but had problems with getting info from the company that the insurance company assigned to the job. After four months of getting a run around, I asked to be able to get my own plumbing company.I contacted Krupp Whitney and they couldn’t be any more accommodating to my situation. They responded immediately and gave me a fair assessment of the job. There were many unknown due to the extent of damage to the old crock sewer line from the house to the street. They were able to line part of the sewer which eliminated having to dig up my sidewalk, but the concrete Street and the front yard had to be excavated. They kept me well informed as things progressed. All the workers were very skilled and professional, and answering any questions that I had. It became apparent that there were many problems due to the age of the sewer line (over 100 years old). I observed the whole process and was able to see where the problems were. The equipment, tools and machinery were state-of-the-art. Everyone in the company that I had contact with from the owner to the secretary to the many different workers were very nice, very professional and did their job well. I highly recommend them.
